Job Summary of Support:
This role focuses on protecting people, assets, and brand integrity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. It supports safety and risk mitigation strategies across retail and distribution operations, ensuring consistent application of Asset Protection practices that align with company values and strategic goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Support:
- Support and execute Asset Protection strategies and standards with a customer-centric approach to enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure effective and consistent Asset Protection practices are implemented across stores and distribution centers.
- Identify evolving business risks and implement mitigation strategies accordingly.
- Analyze and leverage operational and brand data to guide investigative decisions and improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align Asset Protection initiatives with broader business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience of Support:
- Experience in customer service or high-pressure, multitasking environments preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across various teams.
- Demonstrated ability to assess risks, analyze problems, and recommend logical and creative solutions.
- Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge effectively to real-time decision-making and actions.
