Job Summary of Retail Assistant:
In this part-time job opportunity, the main focus is on delivering customized customer experiences, suggesting wellness products, and supporting the smooth functioning of store operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Assistant:
- Provide a cordial greeting to patrons to create a positive and inviting ambiance.
- Analyze client needs and propose appropriate health and wellness products.
- Meet personal and store sales goals through increasing product acknowledgment.
- Carry out online transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Preserve the store’s image by restocking items and improving the visual presentation of merchandise.
- Support the store’s operations by assisting with daily tasks like opening and closing procedures and managing cash transactions.
- Stay abreast of nutritional trends and product insights to better aid customers.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Assistant:
- One must reach the age of 18 to be eligible.
- Able to stand or walk for a period of up to 8 hours each day.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed and push or pull up to 20 pounds when necessary.
- Able to work varying shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and celebrated U.S. holidays.
- Strong capabilities in interpersonal relationships and clear communication.
- Aptitude for working alone and in conjunction with a team.
