You will responsible for preparing meals according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards. This role demands precision and speed in cooking and assembling dishes while maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Cook:

• Arrange the ingredients for cooking by washing, cutting, marinating, and grilling them meticulously.
• Cook and assemble dishes within set time frames, ensuring each order is executed consistently and according to standards.
• Safely and skillfully operate a diverse selection of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas dedicated to food preparation and cooking.
• - Supervise stock levels and communicate requirements to the kitchen manager as necessary.
• Enhance food quality and service standards by working closely with colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Cook:

• Established proficiency as a chef in a high-energy setting; familiarity with fast casual or dining industry is beneficial.
• Familiarity with kitchen health and safety rules is indispensable for maintaining a hazard-free workspace and promoting the welfare of individuals within the culinary environment.
• Precision and agility in operating cutting tools and kitchen implements for culinary activities.
• A team member who is adept at fostering communication and collaboration within a group.

• It is necessary to have a high school diploma or its equivalent; however, having a diploma from a culinary school can be advantageous.
