Job Summary of Store Operations Specialist:

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Sales Support associate to contribute to store success through behind-the-scenes operational excellence. This role plays a key part in supporting daily functions such as merchandise processing, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Operations Specialist:

• Provide customers with an efficient and welcoming checkout service.
• Foster customer happiness by reinforcing choices made during the buying process.
• Uphold the store’s quality by tidying up and rearranging products in the retail space.
• Replenish inventory as per brand guidelines to ensure a plentiful and structured sales floor.
• Prepare items for the retail floor and keep the back storage area arranged.
• Assist with tasks such as executing floorset designs and processing shipments as required.
• Stick to the company’s policies, procedures, and operational directives.
• Advocate for the advancement of asset protection and safety standards in the course of regular store operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Operations Specialist:
