Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food Service Manager:

• Extend a warm greeting to visitors in order to foster a welcoming ambiance.
• Supervise the organization of food stock, expenditures, leftovers, cooking procedures, and arrangement.
• Uphold sanitation standards and keep the food service area clean to meet compliance requirements.
• Attain sales objectives for various food items like pizza, breakfast choices, and beverages.
• Provide training and guidance to team members regarding food handling and safety protocols.
• Work together with third-party suppliers to oversee and educate on food safety protocols.
• Manage stock quantities and rotate food supplies accordingly.
• Process guest transactions swiftly and with exceptional customer care.
• Provide support to the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by carrying out additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Manager:

• It is mandatory to have completed high school or obtained a GED.
• A minimum of six months working in retail or food service is necessary.
• year of prior experience in retail, service, or restaurant is desirable.
• While possessing a ServSafe certification is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
• Proficient at communicating effectively with guests and team members.
• Showing enthusiasm, the ability to quickly adjust, and a dedication to collaborative efforts.
