Job Summary of Sales Representative:

The focus of this position, which is part-time, is on delivering personalized customer experiences, recommending health products, and aiding in the smooth running of store operations. Team members are instrumental in nurturing a high-performing, inclusive environment that aligns with GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Representative:

• Offer a friendly greeting to individuals to set a welcoming and engaging tone.
• Assess the needs of customers and offer suggestions for relevant health and wellness products.
• Attain individual and store sales objectives by enhancing product promotion.
• Manage virtual purchases with precision and promptness.
• Safeguard the store’s aesthetic appeal by restocking items and enhancing the visual merchandising presentation.
• Support the store’s daily activities by assisting with tasks related to opening and closing procedures as well as cash handling.
• Keep abreast of nutritional trends and product knowledge to assist customers competently.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Representative:

• The age requirement is set at 18 years.
• Capacity to remain upright or ambulate for a total of 8 hours in a day.
• Required to lift weights of up to 40 pounds periodically and move items by pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Open availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and national holidays is offered.
• Proficient in engaging with others and transmitting information.
• Skill in operating independently and cooperatively as a team member.
