Retail Manager
Job Summary of Retail Manager:
The key responsibility of this hourly supervisory role is to guide the store staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales objectives. The individual will be tasked with supervising the day-to-day retail operations, improving team performance, supervising inventory and product displays, and fostering a positive team environment that embodies the company’s commitment to health and wellness.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Manager:
- Lead the team in offering exceptional service and advancing programs to cultivate customer loyalty.
- Regulate the product merchandising process and verify that items are displayed in accordance with the company’s prescribed standards.
- Improve store revenue by accomplishing personal and team sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and oversee the professional growth of retail team members, implementing performance appraisals.
- Run the store effectively by performing duties such as opening and closing procedures, managing cash transactions, making deposits, and ensuring accurate inventory control.
- Participate in public events, fairs, and forums to endorse health and wellness projects linked to the brand.
Qualifications and Experience of Retail Manager:
- Candidates with a background in retail or supervision are preferred.
- Demonstrating expertise in leadership, interpersonal communication, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- The capacity to work flexible hours, encompassing nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, is necessary.
- Proficient in standing or being in motion for up to 8 hours daily and able to lift objects weighing a maximum of 40 pounds.
- Regularly utilizing computers and point-of-sale systems with ease throughout the day.

Salary:
The base compensation ranges from $17 up to $20.
