Job Summary of Bilingual HR Coordinator:

This on-site role supports essential HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and Burlington policies. The position focuses on employee relations, onboarding, documentation, and benefits support while helping to foster a positive and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in HR practices, particularly within a distribution center setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bilingual HR Coordinator:

  • Execute time-sensitive data entry and transactional processes within the HRIS and associated systems.
  • Prepare and conduct new hire orientation sessions and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and track compliance documentation, including performance reviews and terminations.
  • Support Burlington-wide initiatives and internal communications across the distribution center.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on HR policy interpretation and application.
  • Act as liaison between associates and the Corporate Benefits team for benefits inquiries.
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and Workers’ Compensation claims and submissions.
  • Contribute to various departmental projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Bilingual HR Coordinator:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Foundational understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • Experience in a Distribution Center HR environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and serve as a back-up for other HR coordinators.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:

Hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00.
