Job Summary of Merchandiser:

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of inclusive strategies that align with business objectives and customer expectations. As a key driver in the product development process, you will use insights, market data, and performance analytics to bring compelling, customer-centric products to market. You will own the product-level P&L, ensure commercial viability of assortments, and drive profitable growth across categories by applying a solution-oriented, fast-moving, and innovative mindset.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Merchandiser:

• Develop and execute merchandise assortments aligned with global, digital, and regional customer needs to support department strategy and earnings growth.
• Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure products meet customer needs, profitability targets, and speed-to-market goals while maintaining a focus on inclusivity.
• Partner with Inventory Management to define seasonal investment strategies that prioritize key initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance and market conditions to identify in-season business risks and opportunities, and provide insights to inform strategy.
• Communicate complex information effectively across functions to align on business priorities and customer impact.
• Lead projects and programs within area of specialty, ensuring timely execution and quality standards are met.

Qualifications and Experience of Merchandiser:

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Results-oriented with a solid understanding of financial planning and business profitability.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with expertise in presenting and storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to align, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams and partners.
• Proactive in identifying operational or program challenges and implementing effective preventative strategies.
