Business Continuity Manager

Job Summary:

The Global Corporate Services organization is seeking an experienced professional to drive business continuity and operational resilience strategies. This role will design and implement next-generation continuity structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless integration with digital and IT infrastructure. The position requires close collaboration with technology and risk management teams to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans aligned with organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU DORA, by integrating operational resilience strategies.
• Conduct resilience testing and risk assessments to evaluate business continuity effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align continuity plans with digital services, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead crisis management initiatives, including team training and emergency response coordination.
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for business continuity planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business continuity, IT disaster recovery, or risk management.
• Certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, or CISSP are preferred.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance related to digital operational resilience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
