Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Crew Member:
- Plan the recipe components by washing, cutting, marinating, and cooking them on the grill.
- Cook and assemble dishes within set time frames, ensuring each order is executed consistently and according to standards.
- Efficiently use a range of kitchen appliances while prioritizing safety.
- Keep all food preparation and cooking spaces tidy and follow sanitation guidelines.
- - Supervise stock levels and communicate requirements to the kitchen manager as necessary.
- Elevate food quality and service standards through close collaboration with the team.
Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Crew Member:
- Documented experience as a chef in a fast-paced setting; familiarity with fast casual or restaurant industry is an asset.
- Knowing the health and safety guidelines applicable to kitchens is necessary for upholding a protected workspace.
- Competence in wielding cutting tools and kitchen utensils for food preparation tasks.
