Job Summary of Regional Operations Manager:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual responsible for overseeing operations of assigned retail locations. The role involves supervising store managers, ensuring consistent execution of strategic goals, and representing GNC’s values. The focus is on driving sales, leading teams, managing merchandising programs, and maintaining operational standards to support the brand’s mission to help others live well.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Operations Manager:

• Govern the operations and sales performance of multiple retail branches within a defined area.
• Give leadership and strategic direction to store teams aimed at driving productivity, guest contentment, and sales.
• Coordinate visits to retail locations prioritizing team training, customer service improvement, sales maximization, and loss minimization.
• Ensure that merchandising programs are uniformly and accurately carried out in all locations.
• Pinpoint and bring to fruition sales and operational opportunities by analyzing market conditions and performance indicators.
• Contribute to the staffing, onboarding, professional growth, and evaluation of store teams.
• Formulate a pool of talented individuals that are consistent with regional and brand objectives.
• It is important to comply with inventory processes, prevent losses, and implement programs to control shrinkage.
• Go on regular trips within the specified area, with a significant portion reaching up to 75%.

Qualifications and Experience of Regional Operations Manager:

• Established experience managing multiple retail sites and supervising large groups of employees.
• Expertise in empowered leadership, strategic foresight, and fostering team cohesiveness.
• Extensive familiarity with retail processes, customer service excellence, and product exhibition standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis, assessment of local market dynamics, and driving business effectiveness.
• Adept at performing physical activities like lifting items up to 40 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to effectively navigate computer programs and work effectively in different surroundings.

$80,000 - $100,000.
