Job Summary of Stock Associate:

The primary duties of this part-time role include providing personalized customer experiences, recommending wellness products, and assisting with store operations. Team members have a key role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment that upholds GNC’s Live Well mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stock Associate:

• Provide a cordial greeting to patrons to create a positive and inviting ambiance.
• Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate health and wellness items.
• Reach personal and retail sales targets by driving product recognition.
• Handle virtual orders with precision and timeliness.
• Sustain the store’s visual attractiveness through tasks like restocking supplies and optimizing product displays.
• Provide support for the store’s day-to-day operations, including tasks related to opening and closing procedures and cash management.
• Stay knowledgeable about nutritional advancements and product specifics to enhance customer support.

Qualifications and Experience of Stock Associate:

• Individuals have to be at least 18 years of age.
• Skill to stand or walk for as long as 8 hours within a single day.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds intermittently and moving items by pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Available for work during mornings, nights, weekends, and prominent national holidays.
• Impressive talents in interpersonal dynamics and effective communication.
• Competency in working independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
